Max Control Shampoo
Specially formulated to treat a dry, itchy scalp. Combats yeast overgrowth and pairs high-strength salicylic acid to cut through scale, with a light steroid to suppress inflammation, offset salicylic acid irritation, and directly stop the itch.
The Essential Oil
An oil-based combination of a low-potency topical steroid, an antifungal, and a vitamin D derivative — providing all-day treatment for an itchy scalp. The perfect way to address hot spots while keeping your scalp and hair hydrated.

How to use the bundle
Two simple routines that work together — the shampoo a few times a week, the oil daily in place of a regular hair oil.
Max Control
Apply to wet hair and work into your scalp.

Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then rinse it out completely.

You can use your own shampoos and/or conditioners before or after applying this medication.

We recommend using this product three times a week — adjust based on your hair type and routine. Even once every two weeks helps; if applying once a week or less, let it sit on your scalp for 10 minutes.
The Essential Oil
Best applied at least once a day in place of a regular hair oil.

Apply in the morning or evening to any areas of your scalp that commonly develop itching or flaking.

Use enough to provide a thin, even coat throughout the scalp.

Reapply throughout the day as needed — to the whole scalp or just to hot spots — to maintain a hydrated, flake-free, itch-free scalp all day long.
Other important information
We do not recommend use of our products by patients who are pregnant, actively trying to conceive, or under the age of 13. For patients in those situations with a dry, itchy scalp, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist in person.
